The Tallahassee African American Local Election Review Team (A.L.E.R.T)  works to politically empower the African American community by facilitating their informed and organized involvement in local government. We believe that change can be achieved through a multi-faceted approach that involves engaging with public officials, conducting policy research, providing civic education, and building community consensus.
